General Refund Policy
NEO Gamerz operates under a strict no-refund policy for all digital products, including game vouchers, digital codes, tournament registrations, and digital content.
All digital products are deemed non-returnable and non-refundable by nature.
Once a transaction is completed and the digital product is delivered, the purchase shall be considered final, and non-cancellable.
Limited Exceptions (No Cash Refunds)
Cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method are not provided under any circumstances.
In limited cases, Neo Gamerz may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement voucher if:
• A voucher code is invalid, unredeemable, or technically faulty.
• The issue is confirmed to be caused by our system or supplier.
The following cases are not eligible:
• Vouchers that were redeemed successfully
• Expired vouchers
• User error, wrong selection, or region mismatch
• Change of mind
• Failure to read product descriptions, terms, or compatibility requirements
Issue Reporting
• All issues must be reported within 24 hours of purchase
• Customers must provide:
◦ Order ID
◦ Screenshot of the error message
◦ Proof that the voucher has not been redeemed
Resolution
Upon successful verification:
• A replacement voucher of equal value may be issued
• Resolution time: up to 7–10 business days, which may be extended in case of supplier verification delays
Fraud & Abuse
Neo Gamerz reserves the right to reject any claim related to fraud, abuse, or false reporting.
Any chargeback attempt after voucher delivery shall be deemed a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent ban, without prejudice to Neo Gamerz's right to pursue legal action or recover damages.
