Introduction
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE NEO GAMERZ PLATFORM. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST NOT USE THE PLATFORM.
Account Registration
To access certain features of the platform, users must create an account.
By creating an account, you agree that:
• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility.
• Neo Gamerz may request identity verification at any time for security, compliance, or anti-fraud purposes.
• Only one account per individual is permitted unless explicitly authorized.
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be suspended or terminated with prior notice.
• Neo Gamerz reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately and without prior notice in cases of fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use digital payment methods in your jurisdiction.
Lawful Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
• Fraud, hacking, manipulation, or disruption of platform operations
• Impersonation of any person or entity
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward other users
• Cheating, match-fixing, or misconduct in tournaments
• Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Uploading or distributing malware or harmful software
Neo Gamerz reserves the right to investigate violations and take appropriate legal or corrective action.
Purchases & Digital Products
All products sold on Neo Gamerz are digital products, including game vouchers, digital codes, tournament registrations, and virtual content.
• All purchases are final.
• Digital products are delivered electronically and are considered completed upon delivery.
• No cancellations or cash refunds are permitted once delivery is completed.
• Users are responsible for selecting the correct product, game, and region before purchase.
Exceptions (No Cash Refunds)
If a digital code is invalid or unredeemable due to a verified system or supplier issue, Neo Gamerz may provide:
• A replacement voucher of equal value may be issued
Refunds to the original payment method are not provided.
• Once a digital voucher is redeemed, partially or fully, the transaction is deemed final and non-reversible.System logs, redemption records, and supplier confirmations shall constitute binding and conclusive evidence of usage.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through third-party payment service providers. By completing a transaction, you agree to comply with their respective terms and conditions.
Neo Gamerz reserves the right to refuse or cancel transactions suspected of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
Any chargeback initiated after digital product delivery may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Tournaments
By participating in tournaments, you agree to:
• Follow all tournament rules and guidelines
• Compete fairly without cheating or manipulation
• Accept that violations may result in disqualification, forfeiture of entry fees, or suspension
Neo Gamerz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel tournaments and does not guarantee prizes if a participant violates tournament rules.
Loyalty Points
• Loyalty points have no cash value
• Points are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Points may only be redeemed for rewards available on the platform
Neo Gamerz reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any time.
User Content
By submitting feedback, reviews, or other content, you grant Neo Gamerz a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and publish such content for platform or marketing purposes, without identifying personal data unless explicitly authorized.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content.
Intellectual Property
All content on the platform, including software, text, graphics, logos, and media, is owned by Neo Gamerz or its licensors.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
Neo Gamerz does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or platform availability at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neo Gamerz disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Neo Gamerz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Neo Gamerz is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, third-party services, user error, or unauthorized access
• The total liability of Neo Gamerz, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
You are solely responsible for protecting your account, device, and access credentials.
Data Privacy
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We may share user data with third parties for payment processing, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or operational purposes, in accordance with applicable laws.
Termination
Neo Gamerz may suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful activity.
Upon termination, users may lose access to accounts, loyalty points, and digital goods, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
Amendments
Neo Gamerz reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Force Majeure
Neo Gamerz shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including system outages, supplier failures, or force majeure events.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
